EVENTS
General principles
- Participation in events organised by Zone57 implies acceptance of these regulations.
- Admission to the event area is only possible on presentation of a valid ticket or invitation.
- Persons under the age of 18 may only attend events with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless the event is for adults only.
Security on the premises
- It is forbidden to bring dangerous objects, pyrotechnics, into the Zone57, intoxicants, alcohol from outside the zone and other objects that may endanger the safety of participants.
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises except in designated areas.
- Each participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the staff and security services.
Shooting and recording
- Photographs and video recordings may be taken by the organiser during Zone57 events. Participation in the event implies consent to the use of the participants' image in Zone57 promotional materials.
- The use of professional cameras and camcorders is prohibited without prior permission from the organiser.
Evacuation and emergency situations
- In the event that an evacuation is announced, participants are obliged to leave the facility immediately in accordance with operating instructions.
- Evacuation route markings and first aid points are in place at Zone57.
Final provisions
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the rules and regulations and to cancel the event for reasons beyond its control.
- Any disputes relating to participation in the events will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.
