Strefa57 is a new event space in Małopolska, created for lovers of hip-hop, trap and new sounds. It is a place for concerts, chillout and unique multimedia experiences in an industrial atmosphere.
2 Where is Zone57 located?
Zone57 is located in the south of Poland, in the town of Przytkowice, in a convenient location near Krakow, directly on the provincial road 953 connecting Kalwaria Zebrzydowska (also Wadowice) with Skawina and Krakow. 3. How can I buy tickets for events?
Tickets can be purchased online via our website or partner platform. You can find the sales link in the events on our social media. Tickets will also be available at the Zone57 box offices located at the main entrance, but we strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance through our online sales system. The earlier the cheaper 🙂

4 What types of tickets are valid in Zone 57?
We have 3 types of tickets.
- STANDARD TICKET - entitles the holder to enter the event. Prices of STANDARD TICKETS in the pre-sale start from PLN 59. They are sold in limited pools until quantities in a given pool are exhausted, and prices depend on the event. STANDARD TICKETS are sold online on our website under events: https://bilety.strefa57.com, As well as on the day of the event. We also run sales on external portals/ticket shops and accept tickets purchased from our partners.
- GROUP TICKETS (3-person / 4-person / 5-person) - entitle 3-person / 4-person / 5-person entry to the event on a single ticket. They are sold in limited pools until quantities in a given pool are exhausted, and prices depend on the event. GROUP TICKETS are sold online on our website under events: https://bilety.strefa57.com
– PASS FOR EVERY EVENT IN ZONE 57 – grants access to all events (without exception) throughout the season. The pass is valid for one person only who has purchased this type of ticket and entitles the holder to one entry to each selected event. Passes are sold online on our website under ‘Events’: https://bilety.strefa57.com, and Prices depend on the number of events available.
- PARKING TICKET - entitles you to use the car park once. Tickets are for 1 vehicle only and entitle you to park for one event. Tickets are sold online for £20 on our events page: https://bilety.strefa57.com
and on site, at the zone’s ticket offices (payment by card or cash) or at the exit barrier (payment by card only).
5. Can minors come to events?
YES, minors can come to Zone 57 events!
There are no age restrictions on purchasing a ticket or entering the festival; however, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (a parent or guardian may be responsible for up to five minors). In addition, every person under the age of 16, even when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian, must carry a printed and completed consent form or declaration from their parent or legal guardian.
Can the chaperone at a Zone 57 event be any adult?
YES, Anyone over the age of 18 can act as a guardian for anyone under the age of 16 during Zone 57 events; however, we would like to remind you that any person under the age of 16, even if accompanied and accompanied by a parent or guardian, must have a printed and completed consent/statement from a parent or legal guardian with them.

NOTE! Minors have absolute ban buying and consuming alcohol on the festival grounds, under pain of immediate removal from the event without the possibility of return (age is calculated from the date of birth, not by year).
Legal guardians/parents who have given their consent for their minor child to participate in the event are fully responsible for their child/ward. They are required to read the rules and regulations of the event, which can be found on our website (link to regulations). Furthermore, legal guardians/parents are subject to possible compensation, for damages caused by the child/ward during the event.
PLEASE NOTE! Admission to events in Zone 57 is free for children under 3 years of age!
6. is there parking on site and is it chargeable?
We have arranged a convenient car park for participants of Strefa57! The car park will be available on the day of the event from 12:00.

The cost of a parking ticket is 30 zł. The car parks are unguarded. If you have any problems or questions regarding parking, please contact directly to the car park service - will be on site and happy to help! See you at Zone57!
Going to the festival by car? Please place a blank white card behind your car window! This will enable us to better direct traffic and organise entry to the car parks. Thank you in advance!
7. Are drinks and food available on site?
Yes, within Zone57 you will find food and drink areas with a wide selection of drinks and food, ideal for relaxing in the chillout area.
8 Can you bring in your own food or drinks?
For safety and regulatory reasons, bringing your own drinks and food is prohibited.
9 Prohibited items within Zone 57.

*Each participant is subject to inspection at the entrance. Refusal to submit to inspection may result in inadmissibility to enter the event area.
10. are animals allowed at events?
Animals are not allowed at events, with the exception of assistance dogs.
11. what are the opening hours of Zone57?
Opening hours depend on the event. For most events, Zone57 will be open to guests from 17:00. The Artists' concerts will always end at 22:00, but the relaxation and refreshment area will remain available to our guests until the early hours of the morning (04:00). IMPORTANT! All participants in our events, will also be able to, absolutely free (on the basis of a ticket from the event), take part in the afterpartyat the club located at Zone 57 (until 04:00). Entrance to the club for the afterparty is at Zone 57 and is marked with an "afterparty" banner. Once you leave the Zone 57 area, your free ticket will no longer be valid.

12. What payment methods are accepted at Strefa 57?
At Strefa57, we accept the following payment methods: card, mobile payment, cash, Blik and vouchers purchased through our system.
13. what should I do if I have lost something during an event?
Contact us via the contact form on the website or visit Lost Property Centre in Zone57, which will be located by the entrance ticket offices. Alternatively, you can contact your nearest security or staff member, who will be able to show you where the Lost Property Point.
14. do events also take place in bad weather conditions?
Yes, events will take place whatever the weather*. Most of the audience space will be under an innovative transparent canopy, which allows you to enjoy the concert even on rainy days. In addition, there will be many other covered areas on Zone 57, especially in the relaxation and catering areas.
*does not apply to weather conditions that threaten the safety of guests and Artists. E.g. violent gales, thunderstorms or so-called "cloudbursts".
15. Is it possible to take photos and record during events?
Taking photos for private purposes is allowed, but the use of professional equipment requires the organiser's permission. Accreditation forms can be found under the "Files" tab on our website.
16 How can I get to Zone57?
Strefa57 is conveniently located directly on provincial road No. 953, connecting Kalwarie Zebrzydowska (and also Wadowice) with Skawina and Kraków. You can get there by car (paid, unguarded parking is available), or by train. The train station is just a few minutes' walk from the venue. 17. are you planning regular events?
Yes, we are planning at least 10 concert events for the 2025 spring/summer season (and beyond), featuring nearly 30 top artists from a variety of musical genres.
19. will there be additional attractions at the event?
In addition to the concerts in an amazing audio-visual setting, chillout and food and beverage areas are available on site for a comfortable rest. In addition, all attendees of Zone 57 events are offered free entry (based on their event ticket) to the afterparty in the club adjacent to Zone 57*. Opening hours depend on the event. For most events, Zone57 will be open for guests from 17:00. The Artists' concerts will always end at 22:00, but the relaxation and catering area will remain available to our guests until the early hours of the morning (04:00).

20. What should I do if I have not received the tickets I ordered?
The most common reason for not receiving ordered tickets is:
1. Not enough space in your mailbox. Make sure you have enough space in your mailbox: this is the most common cause of problems. Ensure that your email inbox is not full. If there is not enough space, the server will reject the message containing the ticket.
2. An incorrect email address was entered in the order form.

3. Error during a payment transaction on the part of the buyer or the payment service provider – Przelewy24.
In this case, the funds are usually blocked by the bank, but do not reach the operator - Przelewy24 or the seller. In this case, please make sure of the payment status. Funds blocked by the bank usually appear as "blocked" in the banking application and are usually unblocked within a few days.
If you have not received an email from us confirming your purchase or have received an email stating that your payment has not been processed, this indicates a payment error.
In the event of an error with the transaction, we recommend making it again. The funds blocked in an earlier transaction will be returned to the payment source used in the transaction (account, payment card, etc.) within the statutory period by Przelewy 24.

21. Can I get an invoice for the tickets I ordered?
Yes, our system has a ready-made form for people who want to receive an invoice.

3. Once you have selected an event, add the tickets to your basket and select "Go on„.

24. Is there a dedicated entrance for people with disabilities to Zone 57?
Yes, we have set up separate entry gates for people with disabilities to make it easier for them to enter Zone 57.
25. Haven’t you received your paid ticket for the event at Strefa 57?
First and foremost – don’t panic! Your order is definitely safe. However, before you contact us, please check the following:
Make sure you have enough space in your inbox: This is the most common cause of problems. Ensure your inbox isn’t full. If there isn’t enough space, the server will reject the message containing the ticket.
Check your Spam/Promotions folder: Sometimes automated messages with attachments (PDFs) end up there instead of in your inbox.
A typo in the email address: If there was a mistake in the email address when you made your purchase, the ticket couldn’t reach you.

26. Are there free tickets for children in Zone 57?
YES, Children under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge to events at Strefa 57.
27. Is the site accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, the ground in Zone 57 is paved and covered with gravel, which makes it easier for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility to get around.
28. Are discounted tickets available for people with disabilities, and can they be bought at the venue?
Yes, people with disabilities can purchase a ticket on the spot for 79 zł – upon presentation of the relevant documents confirming their eligibility.
29. What are the parking facilities like for people with disabilities?
The car park is very close to the event site – right next to the fence. It will be clearly signposted to make it easier to find and access.
30. Is there medical assistance available on site?
Yes, medical staff are on site at the event to provide support and ensure the safety of participants.
31. Are there toilets available for people with disabilities?
Yes, there are always toilets accessible to people with disabilities available at the event venue.
32. Do carers of people with disabilities need to have a ticket?
Yes, the accompanying adult must have a ticket.
33. SCAM ALERT – watch out for unauthorised ticket sales!
Please purchase tickets for events exclusively via our ticketing website (tickets.zone57.com) and official ticket distributors: eBilet, Going, Eventim, Biletomat and KupBilecik.
Zone 57 does not currently offer VIP tickets, Meet & Greet packages or tickets granting backstage access. Any such offers do not come from us and are an attempt at fraud.
We also advise against buying second-hand tickets, as this carries the risk of purchasing an invalid or counterfeit ticket, and in such cases you do so at your own risk.
34. When will I find out who is playing at Strefa 57 and at what time?
We publish the detailed timetable a few days before the festival begins. You can find the latest news on the Strefa 57 website and on its social media channels. That’s also where we post updates on how the event is going.
